In short: Jadarit is software. There is nothing to ship. Your licence file and download link are emailed to you as soon as payment is confirmed, normally within minutes and always within one working day.
1. What you receive
On completing a purchase you receive, by email:
- a signed licence file for the licence type you bought;
- a download link for the current release, as a Debian package and as a container image;
- installation instructions and a link to the documentation.
No physical goods are dispatched, so no shipping charge applies and no delivery address is required beyond what your card issuer needs for verification.
2. When it arrives

Delivery is to the email address given at purchase. Please make sure it is correct and that it can receive attachments from our domain.
3. If it does not arrive
Check your spam or quarantine folder first, because signed licence files are small attachments and are occasionally filtered. If there is still nothing after one working day, email [email protected] with your order reference and we will reissue it. Reissuing a licence costs nothing and can be done as many times as you need.
4. Installing what you receive
Jadarit runs on 64-bit Linux. The Debian package targets Debian and Ubuntu; the container image runs anywhere Docker or Podman does, including distributions the package cannot target. Full instructions ship with the licence email and are published in the documentation.
Licences are verified offline. Once the file is on your server, the software does not need to contact us to keep running.

Jadarit is delivered electronically and is available worldwide, except where supply is prohibited by applicable sanctions or export control law.
