These terms govern your purchase and use of Jadarit, software supplied by LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME ("we", "us"), registered in the Republic of Serbia, PIB PIB_NUMBER, registration number MB_NUMBER, at LEGAL_ADDRESS. By installing or using Jadarit you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
Jadarit is self-hosted software. You are buying a licence to run it, not a hosted service and not the software's copyright. You install it on hardware you control; we do not operate, host, or have access to your installation.
2. Licence grant
Subject to payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run one instance of Jadarit per licence, per server, for your own business or personal purposes.

There is no limit on the number of streams, channels, or viewers a licensed server may serve. Your only limit is your own hardware.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the software or your licence file.
- Share a single licence across multiple servers.
- Circumvent, disable, or tamper with licence verification.
- Reverse engineer the software, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
- Remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notice.
4. Your content and your users
You are solely responsible for everything you ingest, store, broadcast, or monetise using Jadarit, including obtaining every right and clearance needed for it. Because the software runs on your own infrastructure, we have no access to your streams, recordings, or viewers, and no ability to moderate or remove anything.
5. Payment and renewal
Prices are stated in USD and are exclusive of any VAT or local tax that may apply to you. Card payments are processed by our acquiring bank; we never see or store your full card number.
Monthly and yearly licences renew automatically at the end of each paid period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds and cancellation are set out in our Refunds & Cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Updates and support
An active monthly or yearly licence includes updates released during its term. A lifetime licence includes updates within the version line purchased. Support is provided by email on a reasonable-endeavours basis; we do not offer a contractual response-time guarantee unless separately agreed in writing.
7. Expiry and lapse
If a licence lapses, an eight-day grace period follows during which the software runs normally and displays a renewal notice. After the grace period, streams already on air continue and licensed features stop starting new work. We never delete, disable, or withhold access to your data, your recordings, or your configuration. They are on your server and they remain yours.
8. Warranty disclaimer
Jadarit is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are strongly encouraged to validate the software against your own workflow during the free trial.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Jadarit is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost broadcasts, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
10. Termination
You may stop using Jadarit at any time. We may terminate a licence if you materially breach these terms, in particular sections 3 or 4, and do not remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases and renewals. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be announced by email to active licence holders at least 30 days ahead.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of COURT_CITY have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection right you have in your country of residence.
