In short: Jadarit runs on your server, so your streams, recordings, and viewers never reach us. We hold only what is needed to sell you a licence and support it, and we never see your full card number.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME, LEGAL_ADDRESS, Republic of Serbia. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we do not collect
Because Jadarit is self-hosted, we have no access to and never receive your video streams, recordings, viewer data, stream keys, audience analytics, or server configuration. There is no telemetry and the software does not report usage to us. Licence verification is performed offline against a signed file.

4. Card payments
Card payments are processed by our acquiring bank through a hosted payment page. Your full card number, expiry date, and security code are entered on the bank's page and are never transmitted to or stored by us. We receive only a transaction result, the last four digits, and the card scheme, for reconciliation and refunds.
5. Who else sees your data
- Our acquiring bank and card schemes, to process payment and any refund.
- Our accountant and tax authorities, to meet statutory bookkeeping and tax obligations.
- Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited), which hosts our email and therefore processes correspondence you send us.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
6. Where your data is processed
We are established in Serbia and our records are kept there. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace, so correspondence may be stored on Google infrastructure inside and outside the European Economic Area under Google's standard contractual clauses. Payment processing is carried out by our acquiring bank in Serbia.
7. How long we keep it
- Invoices and order records: ten years, as required by Serbian accounting law.
- Licence records: for the life of the licence plus two years, so a lifetime licence can always be reissued.
- Support correspondence: three years from the last message.
- Trial enquiries that never convert: deleted after twelve months.
8. Your rights
Under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act, and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you may request access to your data, correction of it, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
We must keep invoices for the statutory period even if you ask for erasure; in that case we restrict the record to what the law requires and stop using it for anything else. If you are unhappy with our handling you may complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or to your local supervisory authority.
9. This website
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party analytics or social widgets. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of serving the font file. Standard server access logs, including IP address, are retained for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.
10. Changes
We will post any update here with a new "last updated" date, and will notify active licence holders by email of material changes.
